BLN's care coordinators are trained in all aspects of home medical and respiratory equipment. We respond with the individualized attention and care your patients require. Our care coordinators are available by phone, fax, and e-mail:

Emergency Contact Hours for BLN's Care Coordinators:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and...
Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. EST

In addition, BLN provides emergency "on call" staff during non-office hours. During on-call hours the patient leaves a voice mail on our emergency system and our staff is paged immediately. The patient will be contacted within 30 minutes by a supervisor, respiratory therapist, or a service technician as deemed necessary by our HME manager.
