Extended Job Descriptions:
Sales Director:
Sales Director is to manage the sales process for prospective groups and maximize existing account performance. The sales process includes the development and execution of strategies and/or tactics in the following areas; Territory Planning, Pre-RFP Prospecting and Relationship Development, Proposal Development, Pricing Development, Presentation Development and Delivery (finalist or other), Negotiations, Closing and Contracting. Success will be measured by achievement of sales targets in the following areas; Net New Lives/Scripts, Profitability Goals and Other Key Workplan Objectives assigned to Sales Director.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated sales results preferably in a related industry.
• Able to use proper judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Knowledge of PBM (DME, Home Health Care) or health care industry preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills required.
• PC skills in using Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet.

Education:

Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant:
Provides secretarial and administrative support to President and/or Operations Manager. Handles telephone calls, schedules appointments, and makes travel arrangements for BLN. Maintains Database of Company contacts and enters weekly Detail reports from BLN representatives. Coordinates Trade Shows and prepares materials for meetings and presentations. Composes correspondence, prepares reports and conducts special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Typically requires 1-2 years of secretarial work experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for professional phone and personal contacts.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential is critical.

Respiratory Therapist:
Instructs in the administration of respiratory care to patients in accordance with the written or verbal prescription of a physician.
• Provides respiratory therapy services for patients and their families using applicable techniques
• Maintains and/or revises the patient’s plan of care with goals mutually established with the patient and family
• Arranges for other company services necessary to meet the patient’s needs
• Coordinates care with other active caregivers
• Records all care provided following accepted standards of practice and using the appropriate forms
• Reports all pertinent observations and changes to the Clinical Coordinator
• Observes patients during therapy and maintains equipment in operation to insure proper functioning, quality control and infection control standards
• Instructs in the administration of physician prescribed medications to respiratory tract using established and approved techniques
• Evaluates effectiveness of therapy administered and communicates with Clinical Coordinator concerning patient’s condition and therapy administered
• Reports patient information, status and patient requirements to supervisor
• Takes action to enhance knowledge and techniques by participating in training sessions: company lectures, physicians’ lectures, new staff orientation, new procedures and equipment
• Maintains stock of respiratory supplies in vehicle and at patient locations

Regional Sales Representative:
To support the strategic development and implementation of the Better Living Now Marketing plan by developing collaborative relationships, and contracting with Managed Care organizations, Third party administrators, Health Maintenance Organizations, preferred provider organizations etc… The position requires a creative, strategic person that can identify opportunities and implement collaborative agreements with payers that will result in the promotion wand utilization of the Better Living Now Marketing Program.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in sales and account management in the health care industry.
• Creative sales person that is very service oriented.
• Excellent presentational skills with senior executives of organization.
• Good project management skills with ability to implement multiple third party initiatives simultaneously.

Medical Biller:
To ensure all assigned Accounts Receivable, insurance, denials, inquiries, orders and paperwork procedures are handled in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for billing related phone calls and return phone calls in a timely manner. Full responsibility for daily financial activities of Better Living Now as related to accounts receivable and billing. Responsible for review of correspondence. Development, interpretation, maintenance and implementation of Better Living Now policies and procedures pertaining to billing. Report to the Billing Supervisor and Manager. Other duties as necessary; or directed by management.
Qualifications:
• General office skills.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Possesses good human resource skills and be able to follow-up in a timely manner.

Oversee and maintain products in our item master. Updating pricing and product information based on price lists from distributors and manufacturers. Contact manufacturers regarding product updates. Add sales and marketing information that goes live on our website. Some graphic work with product images.

Customer Service Representative:
To ensure that all assigned procedures, including orders and paperwork are process in an accurate and timely matter. To accurately screen and direct all incoming communications. Update insurance information on all current and future patients. Answer all inquiries in a timely and courteous manner. Take verbal and written orders from physicians, discharge planners and other Health Care professionals as needed. Assist Management and all other staff as requested. Maintain patient demographics to include name, address, telephone numbers, physician information, referral source, emergency contacts and diagnoses.
Qualifications:
• 1 year general office and/or clerical background.
• Detail Oriented.
