Better Living Now, Inc. (BLN) is a managed care supplier of healthcare products
and services. BLN specializes in the needs of patients with chronic conditions
eligible for benefits under insured medical and prescription benefit programs.
Founded in 1991, BLN provides a comprehensive approach to servicing your
patient’s healthcare product needs by integrating our mail-order medical supply
program with our JCAHO Accredited Home Medical Equipment Delivery, Set-up
and Maintenance Program. Currently, we provide efficient home delivery service
to Long Island and the five boroughs of New York City and Mail Order service
nationally. We provide managed care organizations, PPO’s, self-insured health
funds, Medicare, Medicaid and other insurers, a menu of comprehensive
programs which help control and contain the costs of medical appliances,
disposable medical supplies (i.e., diabetic supplies, ostomy supplies, urinary care supplies, wound care, etc.), durable
medical equipment (DME) and prescription pharmaceuticals (chronic, acute, and major medical). Select only those programs
that meet your specific plan needs.
BLN simplifies ordering home healthcare products for your patients by providing a vast array of healthcare products and
services together with trained multi-lingual customer service personnel that can receive healthcare product requests via
phone, fax, mail, e-mail, or right here on-line and offer fast efficient delivery methods. In addition, BLN offers expanded customer service hours
from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturday. “First Call” clients are provided customized
“private label” customer service, which includes their own 800 number.
