1. Coverage by HCPCS Code
Better Living Now's order processing system incorporates the use of client specific HCPCS Code coverage criteria. For each HCPCS code BLN can indicate:

• Maximum reimbursement
• Maximum quantity allowed
• Maximum Benefit Allowed
• Maximum Days Supply Allowed
• Prior Authorization Required
• Certificate of Medical Necessity Required

2. Patient Eligibility
Better Living Now has the ability to maintain health plan patient eligibility information right in our ordering processing system to help expedite the processing of patient orders. When provided the ability to maintain both patient and product eligibility information BLN can manage you HME benefit for you.
BLN can also manage a client's annual maximum benefit provision.
