Here's how it works:
When you sign-up for our service, we will deliver the diabetic testing supplies your doctor prescribed directly to your home and we bill both Medicare and your secondary insurance provider on your behalf. There is no up-front, out-of-pocket expense. The only thing you are responsible for is your insurance deductible and/or co-payment, if any. When it's time to re-order your supplies, we will contact you to make sure you are not without the supplies your physician prescribed.

You can simply select the products that you need and indicate whether you want to "Pay Now" (by Credit Card) or "Bill Insurance" (have BLN Submit to your Insurance Plan/Medicare). Then during the check-out process provide us with all your required insurance/payment information. If Written Prescriptions from your doctor are required, you can either: 1) Print an Order Form with all your member, Insurances, payment info pre-printed for you to be mailed to us with doctor's prescriptions; or 2) Request BLN to contact your doctor for required prescriptions and complete your order for you. Future refills are as simple as logging in to your account and selecting the items you want refilled. All your important information will be completed from your profile information.
