Active Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate USP Grade (1000 mg per tablet) Inactive Ingredients: Sucrose, Starch, Talc, Mineral Oil, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Sodium Polyphosphate, Blue 1 Lake, Red 40 Lake, Adipic Acid, Yellow 6 Lake, FD&C Yellow 5 Lake
Warnings & Precautions
Do not take more than 10 tablets in a 24-hour period or use the maximum dosage of this product for more than a two weeks, except under the advice and supervision of a physician. If symptoms persist for two weeks, stop using this product and see a physician. Important Information on Osteoporosis: Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough cal cium helps teen and young adult white and Asian women maintain good bone health and may reduce their risk of osteoporosis later in life. Adequate calcium intake is important, but daily intakes above 2,000 mg are not likely to provide any additional benefit.
